Spring Adventures

Yesterday I visited this charming garden. It's filled with thousands of flowers, cobblestone paths, and majestic trees. It's a beautiful place to get lost in.

I'm currently working on my herb garden. Yesterday we went to a herb festival which was filled with numerous types of herbs. There are so many varieties of things! I had no idea there was such a thing as chocolate mint or cinnamon sage!

At the moment I'm growing quite a few types, such as lavender and lemon basil. The lemon basil has to be my favorite, it smells divine!

Springtime is back! It's becoming more evident now. The days are getting warmer, the flowers/trees are blooming....it's a beautiful time.

Hello Springtime!

Beautiful springtime has finally sprung! Many trees and flowers have started to bloom. There was even a butterfly flying around the other day, which really surprised me. Unfortunately though, there's a possibility it might slightly snow on Saturday....I'll never understand how it can be 70 degrees one day and snowing the next.

I also worked on another timelapse this week. This one is of a sunset a few days ago. Not the best quality, but it's fascinating to watch the sun move across the sky.

The hyacinths have bloomed!

Hints of Spring

Hints of spring are everywhere here. Numerous daffodils have bloomed, the days are getting longer and warmer, and the birds have been happily singing.

“Is the spring coming?" he said. "What is it like?"
"It is the sun shining on the rain and the rain falling on the sunshine.”
~Frances Hodgson Burnett

Winter gave its last breath. The earth was now awakening from its long slumber. Yes, winter was over and new life was about to begin.

Some flowers are starting to bloom!

“It was one of those March days when the sun shines hot and the wind blows cold: when it is summer in the light, and winter in the shade.”
~Charles Dickens

More Snow

Yes, it snowed again. *sighs* I don't think I can fully express how much I need spring and its vibrant colors. It seems like its been winter forever here.

I also worked on another time-lapse the other day of a hibiscus flower opening. My camera unfortunately died half way through, so I wasn't able to get the whole opening, but you can still see slight movement.
